When can this holiday gift certificate be redeemed?
The promotional value of this certificate is valid exclusively for the 2026 skydiving season.
What is the difference between the promotional value and actual value ?
The promotional value is the discounted amount of the certificate — in this case, the reduced price you pay during the sale. It can be redeemed for a tandem skydive during the 2026 season.
The actual value is the amount you paid for the certificate. If the certificate is not used during the 2026 season, the amount paid can be applied toward the full retail price of a tandem skydive in a future year, up to the expiration date stated on the certificate.
What is the refund policy on the holiday gift certificates?
Holiday gift certificates are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Are there any minimum requirements to make a skydive?
Yes. All participants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the jump (no exceptions). Every person making a jump must weigh NO MORE THAN 230 lbs at the time of their jump. Students must be height/weight proportionate to ensure proper harness fitting.
Is this gift certificate transferable?
Yes, gift certificates can be transferred to others.
How long is this promotion available for purchase?
